Quick cook steel cut oats


1/4 cup Quick cook steel cut oats

Pinch of Salt

1 1/4 cup Water

1 tbsp Raw unfiltered honey

1/2 cup Banana slices

4-5 Strawberries (diced)

10 Almonds


1. In a very deep microwaveable bowl, combine the oats, salt and water. The bowl size is important since this has a tendency to boil over

2. Microwave on high power for 7 minutes

3. Mix in the honey

4. Add the fruits and nuts and mix in well

This is good to have immediately after preparing or the next day (refrigerated) when the flavor is further enhanced
