Bacon and egg cups baked in a pressure cooker
Ingredients
6 slice bacon
3 egg
to taste salt
to taste black pepper
Steps
- Grease 3 ramekins with cold butter
- arrange two pieces of bacon in each in such a way that it cover the base and sides of the ramekin
- beat the egg with the salt, pepper powder and any seasonings of your choice
- Pour this into the ramekins over the bacon
- Set in a dry pressure cooker over a stand in such a manner that the base of the ramekins don’t touch that of the cooker.
- Close without whistle and bake on high flame for 20 minutes
- Easy peasy breakfast ready
if you are adding onions or any other veggies, saute them before adding them along with the egg mixture
