Deviled Eggs

4 Boiled eggs (Medium to hard boiled)

3 tbsp Yoghurt

1/2 tsp Cumin powder

1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper powder

1/4 tsp Coriander powder

1/4 tsp Black pepper powder

1 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

1 tsp Salt



  1. Shell the boiled eggs and cut into halves length-wise
  2. Remove the yolks and add to a bowl along with the remaining ingredients
  3. Mash and mix well together to form a smooth paste
  4. Pipe or spoon the paste back into the the yolk cavity in the eggs
