Ingredients
3/4 cup All purpose flour
2 Numbers Egg
1 tablespoon Vanilla essence
1 tablespoon Instant Coffee powder
1/4 cup Milk
2/3 cup Granulated sugar
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
Steps
- Separate the egg white from the yolk
- Beat the egg whites till stiff peaks form and set aside
- Combine all the dry ingredients together well
- Now combine all the wet ingredients thoroughly with the dry ingredients, except for the egg whites
- Fold in the egg whites gently
- Prepare the cake tin by greasing and dusting or by spraying non stick cooking spray
- Pour in the batter in the cake tin.
- Now arrange the almond slices on top of the batter
- Bake in oven for 50 minutes at 360 degree Fahrenheit
