Ingredients

3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 numbers Egg
1 cup Cranberry Sauce
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1.5 teaspoons Vanilla essence
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Steps

  1. Combine all the ingredients together thoroughly in a mixing bowl
  2. Pour into a greased and dusted cake tin
  3. Bake at 360 degree Fahrenheit for 50 minutes (or until a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean)

The cake wouldn’t rise up much since Cranberry sauce is a heavy ingredient. But it is guaranteed to be super moist and light on the palate.
