Banana berry smoothie bowl


4 Ripe Bananas (7-8 inch long)

2 large Strawberries

25-30 Blackberries

4 tbsp Chia seeds

1 3/4 cup Water


1. Soak the chia seeds in 3/4 cup of water overnight

2. Cut 3 bananas and 4 strawberries into one inch slices

3. Freeze the cut bananas, strawberries and the whole blackberries overnight

4. Slice the remaining one banana and strawberries into thin slices and set aside

5. In a blender, blend the frozen ingredients along with one cup of water until thick and smooth

6. Mix in the chia seeds and top with the cut fruits and serve
