Kale chips


2 Big bunches of Kale
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste


1. Separate leaves (wash and dry if it’s not already clean) from the center rib
2. Preheat oven to 275 F
3. Cut kale leaves into 1-2 inch pieces
4. Toss with 1.5 tbsp of Olive oil
5. Spread on baking trays and sprinkle salt
6. Bake for 50 minutes turning at every 20 minutes
