Ingredients
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Black Mustard seeds
10-12 Curry leaves
6-8 Garlic cloves (sliced thin)
2 tbsp Crushed red chilli flakes
500 gm Yard long beans (broken into 1 inch length pieces)
Salt to taste
Recipe
1. Heat oil and add the mustard seeds. Wait for the seeds to splutter
2. Add curry leaves, chilli, garlic to this and saute well till the garlic is golden
3. Add the beans to this along with salt
4. Saute for 20 – 30 minutes on medium low heat, stirring occasionally until cooked. The beans looks wrinkly and shrunken as opposed to it’s original appearance once cooked
Serve hot with rice
